On May 7, 2019, within the EU Neighbourhood Day Quadrivium jointly with Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, NGO ‘Promotion of Intercultural Cooperation’ and Department of International Cooperation and European Integration at Chernivtsi Regional State Administration organized essay contest ‘Looking to the future – сommon values, common dreams’.
The contest is part of activities envisaged by ENACTED – the ERASMUS+ Programme ‘European Union and its Neighbourhood. Network for Enhancing EU’s Actorness in the Eastern Borderlands’ (2017-2625).
Students from six universities from Chernivtsi, Luts’k, L’viv and Kharkiv participated in the contest. The essays were evaluated by the special commission that included ENACTED project members from Ukraine.
Quadrivium and its partners sincerely congratulate the winners of the contest:
I prize – Anna Holovko with the essay ‘The EU as a Model of Rational Use of Sustainable Development of Society’;
II prize – Maryna Liashenko with the essay ‘The role and place of youth in the modern European integration model’;
III prize – Stanislav Kovalchuk with the essay ‘Eastern Partnership +’: what is envisaged by a new format?’.
The winners of the national qualifying round of the contest will receive special prizes from the Department of International Cooperation and European Integration at Chernivtsi Regional State Administration and will further participate in the essay contest at the international level.
